Canada's ACRO Aerospace Gears Up to Support Bell 407, Engine

ACRO Aerospace of Richmond, BC, Canada, said it is ready to support the Bell Helicopter Textron 407 with a variety of services including repair of its Rolls-Royce 250 C47 engine and the 407 drivetrain and dynamic components. ACRO is an Allison AMC and an approved Bell Service Center.

"We have been preparing for over a year to support the 407 and have obtained the training, documentation, tooling, inventory and rotables to serve our customers with the high quality they expect," said ACRO President Michael Coughlin. "The in-service aircraft are beginning to require engine and airframe maintenance and ACRO is ready to serve these customers."

Besides engine and drivetrain work, ACRO said it is also able to provide line maintenance, inspections, kit installations, routine
structural repairs, modifications andavionics support.

The company is featuring an avionics display at its Booth 923 at HAI, a "very unique" display focusing on ACRO's rewire capabilities. There will be a drawing for a handmade welded sculpture of an aircraft.
