Bombardier Appoints Edwards to Top Business Aircraft Post

John Lawson is to retire on 1 March from his position as business aircraft sales VP at Bombardier, but will continue his 15-year association with the Canadian company as a senior advisor. The sales post will be assumed by Peter Edwards, who is to be responsible to Robert Gillespie, the business aircraft group president, for all sales of the Challenger and Global Express. Edwards joined Bombardier in June 1995 and has been responsible since 1997 for international sales of the company's executive jet line.
