Surplus ATPs to Be Found a Home By BAE Systems Regional Aircraft

Nine BAe ATP twinprop airliners withdrawn from use with the Chicago hub of United Feeder Services earlier this month and currently stored at Kingman Airport, Arizona, are to be re-marketed by the Asset Management arm of BAE Systems Regional Aircraft, based at Hatfield, UK. Asset Management, which is increasingly expanding its brief to include ancillary services, also handles the BAe 146, Jetstream 31 and Jetstream 41, offering both direct sales and leasing. In this, its first venture with the ATP, interest is expected from Europe and North America.
