Ranger Plans Kissimmee Center

Florida's Ranger Aviation says it will break ground in about a year on a $10-million aviation business center at the Kissimmee Airport, augmenting the firm's FBO at the field south of Orlando. Ranger is planning 166,000 square feet of office and hangar space, plus as many as ten hangars of 13,500 square feet each.

"We are quite confident that this will double the traffic to the Kissimmee Airport," said Ranger president Kip Bonar. "It is our goal to increase annual operations at Kissimmee Airport to 200,000, attract at least 20 corporate entities, and create 200 new professional jobs.
